The house was spacious and clean. Nice neighborhood in Queen Creek. Julia is a great host; very responsive and friendly. Nice pool, although there were golf balls lying near the pool that had been hit from the adjacent golf course. Biggest complaint: the bath towels were really old and rough and there weren’t enough for the number of guests; and the pillows were old and flat.

Pros 1 Julia willing to let us check in early -1 hour 2 Julia was quick to respond BEFORE arrival 3 Kids loved pool table 4 Private pool you can pay extra to have heated Cons 1. One loungechair for entire pool area (sectional couch under covered patio) 2 No pool toys for kids 3. Outlets in kitchen didn't work -applicances did. Used extension cord entire trip as opposed to working outlets 4 Paid for private pool to be heated upon arrival. Was heated end of day 2 after sunset. Reimbursed for 1 day 5 Dishwasher broken. Handwashed dishes. Owner claimed dishwashers in AZ have problem with soap dispenser due to hard water 6. 2 queen beds in master bedroom. King bed shares bathroom with 3 bedrooms 7 Pillows need updated. Flat, worn, no pillow protectors 8 Only 1 bedroom has dresser. Shelves above hanger rod. Lived out of suitcase for the week 9 Husband told us he would reimburse us & we were free to stay elsewhere after informing about outlets 10 Owner stopped communicating after day 2

Overall the house was great! Perfect location to those attending a wedding at Schnepf Farms which was the reason for our stay. House was in a nice and quiet neighborhood right on a golf course (we loved watching the golfers throughout our stay!) Julia was very responsive and the check in instructions were clear! You could tell the house was clean and the bathrooms ha just been freshly cleaned which we appreciate. House is large and spacious, there was plenty of space for 7 adults comfortably. A couple things that could have made our stay better- more bath towels, we didn’t have enough towels for every adult so that was a bummer. We could not locate the hair dryer anywhere in the house which was a listed amenity so we went out and bought one. More pool loungers! There was 1 lounger and a couch, it would’ve been great to have more loungers for people to enjoy the sun! Overall a great stay, clean house and friendly host!
