We stayed at Ruchi's place for 9 days over Christmas with a huge family group - 10 adults and 10 small kids, incuding 3 3-month-old infants! And the house was AMAZING for our group. Everyone had space and it was so beautiful and comfortable. It was a great spot to hang out. The dads and kids enjoyed using the kayaks and we all spent a lot of time in the yard and hot tub. My mom was thrilled to find Christmas trees up in the house and every room felt beautifully put together. It honestly exceeded my expectations and what I expected from the pictures. I do think a second fridge or a bigger fridge would be beneficial to match the size of the house but we did a few HEB grocery pickups and just planned accordingly. The loft room gets/stays very dark but a number of other rooms had very light curtains, so didn't get that dark, something to keep in mind for families coming.

Great place for large gathering. Plenty of sleeping, sitting areas and bathrooms. Nice place to sit by the fire or time to enjoy the game room. We will definitely remember this place for future large gatherings.

We had our wedding here, the place is beautiful and the host is very responsive and easy to work with. We definitely will be back to cherish our wonderful memories with this place.
