Tina and Mick are such gracious hosts. The property is beautiful inside and out, easy access to all NPR has to offer, and very private. We enjoyed the short walk to town, using the pool, and loved the "beach theme" decor. Would absolutely recommend!

Mick and Tina were great! Lived the pool and hot tub! We came for relaxation and we got it! This was our first Airbnb ever and they made it easy and enjoyable. We are definitely coming again! Thank you Mick and Tina for opening up your house to us! Jim and Laura

The space - We cant say enough about how wonderful this little cottage is. It's even cuter in person. Tina has gone above and beyond to thoughtfully meet any needs you may have. The pool area is amazing from the cleanliness, the seating options and the ambient lighting at night. Everything is so well taken care of. The town - New Port Richey is a lovely little Florida town with so much going on. The downtown has amazing restaurants from casual to upscale and is easily walkable from the cottage. The hosts!! Where do I start? Tina and Mick are the most wonderful people you could meet!! They truly added to making our trip a wonderful and lasting memory. We will definitely be back. Don't miss this "Hidden Gem"!!

Our hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Being right by the river and having exclusive use of pool and spa was fabulous. Appreciated the accommodation being very clean. The bathroom Is small and the tiny shower would not work for some people. We loved our stay.
