This is a great place to visit for a quick get away. October thru January seems like a good time to visit as the lake is full. I strongly recommend that one explores the place as the estate is large and has wonderful tree cover. lots of birds for sighting. so take your binoculars along.

Beautiful place, beautiful surroundings, isolated, serene, well maintained lawn, gated space with CCTV working. The place lacked a few things like cutlery, good mugs, a few glasses for the drinks. As said by the host the up time of the WiFi is 90% that’s not true the WiFi to our barely worked we had to use the other room’s WiFi. The voltage is very poor the AC doesn’t work and during the afternoon the place gets very hot and the care taker didn’t even turn the generator it’s a request to the host to make sure the generators are switched on when the voltage gets low. This place barely has any network, only Jio gets some coverage and that’s also very poor so if you are someone who is bring their work to this place you will have a tough time. The food is lip smacking arranged by the locals so try their Sukha chicken masala. Do stock up all your supplies as there is nothing available nearby in 35kms radius. It’s a heaven if you are travelling with your pet as they can run freely!

Nice cozy place. Kitchen is very small. Place is built well maintained and clean. Would recommend to carry along decent amount of food on you.

Firstly, the location of this place is a bliss in itself specially if you are visiting in monsoon. I'll start listing pros and cons below, Pros: - Superb location - Well maintained linen and furniture - All house amenities mentioned are available and work specially WIFI - Good food service available (need to pay extra) - Road to location is picturesque - Being a Zostel property, you can wander around other adjoining Zostel properties Cons: - Clutter of boxes around kitchen area - It is a 4 bedroom house with 1 washroom for 2 bedrooms. - If you are not booking the entire 4 bedrooms, then be ready to share the front and rear lawn with other guests - The property is inside a Resort area, the resort security will not allow to wander around other than Zostel ones. One problem we faced during our stay was loud music noise at night from other half of the property. All said, beautiful place to stay in monsoons!
