Nice place. Private and close to everything!
I had a very major surgery at the ingram cancer center and we stayed for 8 days. This place was so convenient and easy for us. It was comfortable and clean. Lots of room for our family to relax and have a peaceful night after long hospital days. Mark was an excellent communicator with me. Everything was easy and laid out. As other reviews have mentioned there are a lot of stairs but I was realsed early and had to stay for 2 more nights in the area. The stairs were doable for me. I was thankful to be in a place that felt like home and not a hotel. Well worth the value.
Mark’s place was a good location if you have a car, but honestly I do not think it was worth what I paid. Maybe the rate was higher due to the weekend I was there and all that was going on in Nashville, but I would have expected a cleaner interior (floors/ stairs / beds / couch) and more comfortable beds. There are lots of stairs, I went with my parents and it was a lot for them with luggage and such. They have quality toilet paper hahah. I will say Mark and the team working for them was very quick to respond and solution oriented and eager to help. I think this place has a lot of potential! Just needs some extra love with the amount of people who are coming in and out.

Very nice stay overall. Great coffee setup, left us some water and snacks. Location was quiet but close to lots of stuff. No major complaints, and I would not hesitate to rent from Mark and Erin again, but this fell just short of 5 stars for a few reasons: 1. It's 3 stories with master on 3rd. I read that and could handle that, but that will eliminate this is a good option for less mobile folks 2. Beds were not bad but a bit springy. 3. Master needs a paint job with water stains in several places along baseboards, walls 4. There was a metal prong from a charger sticking out of the outlet - an oversight obviously and an oops for the last guess - but could have been very dangerous for a child. 5. The wooden stairs had lots of splotchy patterns on them - not sure if that was the finish done poorly or poor cleaning.
