We were there for a family event and the location was close to the event. Appreciated how clean the house was and how comfortable the beds. My little grandson had plenty of place to run and gave the house a thumbs up!

In a pinch between corporate housing and the closing of our new home, we found Eunide's house available and accommodated our needs. They gave clear instructions and check in was simple. Likewise, during checkout, Eunide was again flexible and accommodating and allowed us to checkout late. The house was clean and most everything was provided. Being November, we had no intentions of using the pool, but with small children and a dog, having a cover on the pool would have been nice. All in all, the house was fine, worked for our needs and the hosts were great. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a short term rental in the area.

We had a great time at Eunide's place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located for what we needed. It was quiet and peaceful. The deck is easily accessed from the dinning room and over looks the back yard and pool and a large wooded area that was beautiful to enjoy. There is a nice garage to park a vehicle in and access the house from inside the garage. If you need to be in Monroe, Athens or Loganville GA for any reason, this is a great place to stay.
