现代化装修，位置超好，房子在一个小院子里，周围有很多餐厅，离Como Lago火车站步行3分钟。房东人很好，很热心的解决了我们的问题。 我们半夜到达时没有出租车，房东让朋友来接我们。 总之强烈推荐👍

Very close to restaurants and minimart and cafes . Short walk to ferry and old town Como . Small apartment but very clean . Fausto was a great host with recommendations where to eat .

Fausto was an amazing host, the lakeside little house was perfect for me and my partner and we had the most amazing time. I’m our opinion it was In the perfect location, easily the nicest part of como and right by the front, Fausto was very fast with responses and provided us with plenty of tips and information about como and what to do, was easily the best place we’ve stayed and an even better host

Upon arrival Fausto was there and was so helpful finding parking and gave lots of tips for things to see and do in the area. I think his kindness upon arrival was the perfect thing at the perfect time. If you’ve driven in Italy you’ll understand. The location is 100% amazing! Perfectly located, the neighbors are kind and helpful also. We will definitely be back- bc of Fausto’s kindness and how amazing the stay was. The unit we stayed in was so clean and smells amazing. Everything you need is there! The shower is so relaxing and refreshing, linens on the bed were higher end hotel quality and there’s an espresso machine! True relaxation and perfect all the way around. To me the host, is someone I’d want to be friends with. I recommend this place 100%!
