Although I initially booked this room on the 12th floor, I ended up asking Kate to stay in the room on the 18th floor before even arriving in Bangkok (Kate has several rooms in the building) . So, this review is for the room on the 18th floor, not the one on the 12th but the difference with my previous stays is more about the building than the room: now, the monorail - the yellow line - works and a station stops nearby Kate's building. Also, there are only two stations to reach the line that goes to the new airport (Suvarnabhumi). Otherwise, as usual, everything worked fine - there was a small problem with a door, I sent a message to Kate who immediately sent someone to resolve the problem - especially the Wi-Fi, by far the fastest I have used in Thailand, ideal if you are a digital nomad.

Another stay at Kate's in lovely Bang Kapi (a different apartment but in the same building). So good I extended the stay :) Kate was kind and helpful as always. Thank you
