Gated Community with access to the pool. Ac units installed in the home with a private back patio. Home is all ready and furnished so you can enjoy your family vacation or gateway. Playa de Carmen 30 minutes away. Many local activities to do in the Puerto Morelos such as snorkeling on the beach The House has just been built and furnished so everything is brand new with a modern home look.

Martin's beautiful house is in a quiet and convenient location yet very close to Puerto Morelos. The house is spacious, well decorated, comfortable and has all expected amenities plus access to a beautiful pool. Martin and his friend Adrian who greeted us were so kind and helpful. We highly recommend Martin's house!
