Tiffany and Mason were great hosts! They were very good with communication and with any help we needed. Place was perfect for our family as we all got our own room and the location was really close to any store we needed to go to!

We have a very different opinion regarding this property. Space limitations of this review prevent more detailed information. Poorly maintained, house was very dirty at move-in and we spent 1 hour cleaning and vacuuming; we had to launder the dirty throw blankets/pillows; very loud neighborhood and next-door neighbors (loud and partying until early in the morning) - the owner told us it was our responsibility to manage the neighbors; tears and holes in living room sofa; missing smoke detector, worn out and limited cookware/bakeware' broken and missing kitchen utensils, dirty BBQ, the lawn was only mowed once during our 50 day stay. Broken window (glass) in master bedroom. Lots of unhoused/unsheltered people living in the area. MANY convicted sexual offenders living in the area per mailings we received from Phoenix Police Dept - check the Maricopa County Sherriff’s web site. Sent long letter to the owner – no response. We would never stay here again or rent from this property owner.

House was as described and Tiffany is very responsive. We had no issues. There was a broken window in the master bedroom. We let her know and she messaged me back immediately. Grateful to stay at a place when the owner cares. Thank you! Also, there’s a Mexican hot dog cart down the street 5 days a week and we loved stopping there.
