It’s amazing how quiet this apartment is to be right next to Avenida Central. The view is beautiful, there’s total privacy, and it’s in the middle of downtown near plenty of museums, restaurants and bars.

El departamento está muy bien: espacioso, limpio y con todos los servicios (incluído estacionamiento); aunque algo escondido al estar en un edificio de oficinas. La ubicación es otro plus, al estar en pleno centro de San José, junto al Teatro Nacional y el Museo del Oro; y otros atractivos turísticos cercanos a pie.

Sergio was a great host. He always was there for me when needed. The apartment was located near walkable streets full of good food and local flare. I recommend Sergio’s place

Excessive rules, impossible to deal with, room in an office building that closes on Sunday and you have to deal with security to get in/out, I asked to get some friends to visit us and Sergio asked what kind of visit it was and made an nasty assumption... If you on a business trip this might be your place... If not... Stay away...

Sergio’s place is a jewel located in the vibrant San Jose downtown. The place is close to restaurants, theaters, supermarkets, bookstores and coffee shops. The apt has amazing views. Central air conditioning when the day gets hot and humid which I truly appreciated.
