I have booked Rohit's place to celebrate my daughter's birthday with my family and the moment I was enter to his place he was there to welcome us and it was easy to check-in. The place was really private and they have gone above and beyond to make the stay a big hit. I was impressed by the efforts they took entire time that we do not have issue with anything.Also I would like to say that the place is more beautiful than it has shown in the pictures, especially the common area. It has been designed so beautifully based on a minimalist theme. The kitchen was fully equipped. The place has a huge space and the best part was that they stay in the same building on the 2nd floor. So in case you need anything they are there to help you. my entire family had quality time at his place and will definitely look forward to booking his place. Thank you Rohit and Rahul for being the great hosts. You guys are doing an amazing job.

We had a great time at Sawanstays. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Rahul is the most thoughtful, fun host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around the area. The apartment is really comfortable. The kitchen contains everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom and terrace are clean and light. The location was incredible and quiet. Thanks Rahul for such a wonderful time! Would absolutely recommend staying there!!!!
