Ester is a brilliant host. Answered all our questions within the hour and both Ester and her colleague were very helpful at check-in. Have always loved Finestrat, so were really pleased when we were able to secure Penthouse Victoria on the gorgeous Seascape Resort for the 3 weeks we required. The property is as described. The beach and shopping are a 5/10 minute drive and if you wish to go into Benidorm, this is a 15 minute drive. There is plenty of parking at the property, ie., underground with lift up to the apartment as well as parking outside the property, again with a lift up to the apartment. Cycle paths are numerous in and around the Finestrat area and we were able to get to most placed via a cycle path, including to Benidorm / L'albir to visit friends. We did not use the indoor pool or gym but they are both very well kept. There was work going on around the resort but we never had any problems with noise or the workmen etc. Would definitely visit again.

Reality even better then the pictures! Beautiful and very spacious 3 bedroom penthouse with huge terras! Stunning view! Good location in private and secured neighbourhood. Excellent hostesses Vanessa and Ester, reachable 24/7! Outside pool rather cold, normal for November. And a pitty for us the covered pool was under maintenance… I would definitely recommend this accommodation!

We were a family with children and this AirBnB was a spacious apartment with a large balcony. We enjoyed great views from the balcony, both during the day but also during the night. Ester was responsive and easy to communicate with. Showed us the entire place upon checking in which was a bonus. Made us feel very welcome. We were looking for something more private, so the location was very fine with us, only 5-6 min from grocery stores, beach, bakery, etc. But not really walking distance from restaurants (although a nice restaurant "Rice" a few min walking distance) were always a car drive/taxi away. Recommended property and host.
