The room was very clean and well fitted out with everything needed for a short stay. The location was perfect, being only a short walk to the beach and access to a tennis court. Rob was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here!

Decent stay and experience all round from booking to leaving. Room as listed / seen in pics, clean modern and cosy. Ideal location for beach and coastal walks, perfect for walking to the pig restaurant as well (8min walk up the road), also right on main bus link between Newquay and Padstow. Would stay again for sure.

Lovely room and bathroom all very clean . Rob was always quick to reply and sorted our problems immediately. Certainly looking to stay again . Easy walk to the beach and walk to the “Pig Restaurant “ which is amazing.
