Mr Arunkanthan is very prompt to reply to any of our questions and responds to our needs soon. The wifi and the washing machine were very good thro out. His house was very clean and as shown in the pictures. On the whole we had a nice stay at his place.

I had booked this place to keep and take care of my mother after her knee replacement surgery. We stayed at Arun's place for over a month. The place is very clean tidy and quiet. Arun took care of all requirements in advance and if not, he immediately provided what we had asked for. Arun was very prompt responding to our adhoc needs . he was understanding when we wanted checkin a few days early. My parents family stayed the apartment for more than a month and it felt like second home. Overall very comfortable stay and we made some memories with mothers recovery.. Thanks Arun!

Hi, this place is extremely good with good ventilation and privacy, moreover free from dust. We family with kids stayed there for a month and were happy to get the homely environment. If you need anything other than the things available Arun is always reachable. Overall good one to go for.
