The caravan was fine, however no bedding for the sofa bed and amenities were £105 for the passes. As we were only stopping one night this seemed excessive so we had no access to the club, not even to buy a meal. Wifi worked well, tv access was great. Caravan was clean and had everything you’d need (except towels, which I always expect to take to a caravan anyway!) Alex responded quickly to messages. It was quite muddy at the time we visited so difficult to get from the car boot to the caravan without getting muddy.

Everything was as described online, features and size of property. Location was good, conveniently close to both the seaside landmarks and the Lakes. Not difficult to find - instructions were clear, and the host was responsive . The main downside was cleanliness: stains on the bed sheets, and dirt on the floor. plus there was no cleaning equipment, toilet paper or kitchen paper. good to note also that there was no welcoming pack or property instructions. Overall it was a decent experience which still requires improvement
