The apartment is right on the Piazza Grande in the middle of Modena, unbelievably well appointed, and lots of fun amenities (great stereo, TV, bath.) Fabio is incredibly responsive and helpful. He walked us to the apartment, explaining the city and activities along the way. Great parking location as well for getting in and out of the city. I honestly felt like this place was a steal for the price and location and service. Cannot recommend enough.

Fabio and his place were both incredible. Fabio was such a gracious host and helped us throughout the entire stay. And his apartment was flawless. The location was incredible and the ambiance of the apartment was a delight. Would highly recommend staying here when in Modena. Will definitely be back.

Fabio’s place was over the top fabulous, I could not imagine a more perfect place! Fabio was the best, fantastic local recommendations, top property!
