Samuel is an excellent host and very helpful. I travelled towards the cold and rainy months so the humidity was high but he responded and was able to manage it. It is a small appartement with bath and kitchen in about 12 square metres so keeping the window open helped. Being at the top floor it was secure, but if you chose to take the stairs it is a real workout.

Even if Samuel asked me to give a five star, a 4 star review is the maximum I can give… There are several advantages: 1. I have a late check in and informed him I would arrive around 8pm, but in reality, I reached the building at 10pm. Due to the complicated check in process and unclear instructions (I believe he has improved on this), I had to contact him in order to enter to the room, and his responded quickly. 2. The location is impeccable and good neighborhood. 3. It may be tiny, but it has everything you need, including a refrigerator, fan, hot water, towel, and wifi (you have to search for the small white box like treasure hunt which also hasn’t mentioned in the instructions) 4. The check-out time is 11am, and when I asked him if I could leave my luggage, he immediately agreed to a late check-out. However, on the same day, he suddenly informed me that I had to pack up and leave immediately, which seriously disrupted my plans. But it was still a late check-out by 4 hours.
