Apparently a mix-up. Reserved a one-bedroom Villa and ended up with a beautiful two bedroom three story chalet. Very beautiful. But on the third day of our 5-day reservation, we were told to move to a one bedroom Villa which was what we reserved in the first place. Very inconvenient and lost most of our day of sightseeing and most of the groceries in our refrigerator, that either the maid or maintenance took after we were told to leave it there while they readied a new place for us. No reimbursement to us. No explanation was ever given to us and there seemed to be quite a bit of confusion on the part of the front desk. The one bedroom Villa that we stayed in was not even the same Villa that I reserved based on the description and pictures. Overall our stay was nice but should have had an explanation for making us move.

Large place with a nice view. The only downside was that you can hear the neighbors upstairs. We could hear voices and noises (stomping?) but it didn't last long. We fell asleep early and it never woke us up.

We came up for a long weekend of skiing. Check in and communication could not have been easier. Our condo was impeccable and basically right across the street from sugar. There are also tons of places to dine.

The condo was as described. Condo was very clean. Great location to all the slopes. We got snowed in for three days. Christian has cable HD TV which was great while being snowed in for two days! The staff was very nice during the snowstorm. The resort was gracious allowing us to stay an additional night since we were snowed in due to dangerous road conditions. We found a hill to sled right outside the condo. Can't just let a blizzard entirely ruin a family tubing trip! JH
