DOUBLE BED ROOM, VERY SPACIOUS AND BRIGHT . HAS 2 BALCONIES TO THE STREET, STUDY DESK AND OLD STYLE CLOSET. HOUSE IS RENEWED, SPLIT IN 3 FLOORS, WITH TERRACE AND BBQ . SHARED WITH OTHER STUDENTS AND TRAVELLERS, NICE AMBIENT TO MEET PEOPLE . The house Is big, spacious and confortable. All common áreas are nice and planned to be share. The terrace is beatifull, has an argentine bbq to use. House has been renewed and still mantains original glass Windows ( vitro) and wood floors Kitchen is equiped with everything necesary to cook, has 2 refrigerators And private space for food storage. The room S4 has double balcony, big bed and study desk. Is súper luminous and fresh

El alojamiento de Vicky es estupendo para pasar 2 días, 2 semanas o 2 meses. Tiene todo lo que necesitas, Vicky siempre está disponible para cualquier cosa y conoces a gente estupenda. Lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados!!

Great location. Nice room for a budget traveler. The flat is overall not as nice as the places I am used to staying in through AirBnb. That might be a difference between being in Buenos Aires and other cities. It reminds me of super low-cost hostels I used to stay in when visiting Europe in the 1970s. Vicky is very responsive, and if you are looking for an inexpensive private room in a trendy part of town, this place is great.

Is centrally located in Buenos Aires, can walk almost everywhere and if not there are buses , metrobus and subway 5 blocks from the house.

I rent private rooms to students and travellers who want to stay in a good vibe place . Housed are spacious and bright, with excellent out Doors space! Ubication is very good to find out Buenos Aires, and walk almost everywhere. Main universities are few blocks distance.
