Good spot for our Caloundra stay

The AirBnb had a large electric gate (no pedestrian access) we paid $2000 for 6 nights for 4 guests - we were given 1 working remote to get in and out. Intercom wasn’t working to open and close gate (from inside the property) so half our holiday was waiting around for other guests to return to get out or back in - when we contacted the managing agent we were told we were in the wrong and the property manager always responds in 1 hr….to date we’ve never heard from the property manager or received a call back from the agent (as promised) terrible service, ordinary place, way over priced and under prepared - least they could have done for guests paying premium around Christmas time was to check keys and remotes worked….a waste of money for a holiday we saved for and were excited about :(….will tell our friends not to use this agent or this property….

Everything went well from checking to check out it was during after hours, and no problems at all From a southerners point of view,simple Holland blinds in the bedrooms would be a great addition. We southerners are not used to broad daylight at 4:30 in the morning. A small supply of cleaning aids e.g. dish washing detergent would’ve been a great help at the start, no real problem here as we went to the supermarket and purchased a small bottle.
