The house is clean,quiet bedroom available in my home(queen bed),nice backyard patio,we have swimming pool, if the swimming pool is available, you can use it for free!! easy access to highway 288/521,15 minutes from pearland ,45 minutes from the beaches,30 minutes from Texas medical center This place is 5 acres,house is 5000sqft,We have good security ,got a fenced 6ft iron fence gates and cameras,along with a patio and outdoor furniture we are have downstairs 3 rooms and upstairs 1 room shared now. This is just one of the rooms ,The average room is 260 square feet，we have swimming pool, if the swimming pool is available, you can use it for free!!
