We had a lovely few days staying at the lodge. As soon as we arrived we were so pleased we had booked. The location was lovely and peaceful in a beautiful village not far from everything. The lodge itself is stunning and very clean with everything you need and it has such a luxury but cosy feel. We loved the wine and dog treats that were left for our arrival. Thank you for a great stay, we will defiantly be back!

Gorgeous house in a tranquil location. The house was very stylish and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely light rooms, and comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Loved the locally made shower products provided. Would definitely stay again.

My daughter and I stayed at another one of Alex’s properties last year (Skyfall in Burnham Overy Staithe - I’d definitely recommend it!) and we certainly weren’t disappointed by Sandpiper Lodge at The Old Woodyard. Absolutely stunning lodge and equally stunning location! I really can’t recommend Alex and her beautiful properties highly enough. My daughter and I will definitely be staying at another one next Feb! Thank you Alex! A**** host.

We had a lovely few days away, the accommodation was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities/facilities we needed. We did struggle to find it on arrival with the postcode given on the Airbnb site, in the end we used ‘The Nest’ PE31 8PW to take us to the correct location as we weren’t driving far enough out of the village. We are very familiar with this is area of Norfolk and always have a lovely time. We normally stay closer to the coast but this was a nice change for the time of year and only a 10min drive down to the beach.

The whole family loved the place and Alex was super helpful throughout when needed. Great to be close to beautiful north Norfolk beaches and to local family. Would definitely recommend. EV charging a massive bonus for us :)
