All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. Approximately 647-774 square feet, this One- Bedroom Deluxe Suite features 1 King Bed in the private bedroom, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living area including a kitchen, bathroom., and washer/dryer in unit. Maximum of 4 occupants. Private sleeping area sleeps two.

The location in Austin is convenient however I did not realize this is a timeshare. The room was very nice and clean but I did get roped into a sales presentation for about three hours as they promised to gift back the $30 a night for parking. I wasn’t exactly pressured but they certainly were not ready to take no for an answer at first. Everything else was great.
