I can say with my hand on my heart that this is the best apartment I have ever stayed in. Was very pleasantly surprised by the standard of the apartment and the good view of the city. Have nothing negative to say about this place. Will definitely come back 🤩

If you’re looking for convenient stay, with a responsive host - DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. My husband surprised me to Liverpool for the football match. Post reading the glowing reviews I booked this place for my birthday weekend. We traveled for 20 hours to reach. Only to arrive at this “5-star” property to be truly disappointed. Issues: 1. After a long journey, we had to collect the keys from a convenient store (15 min walk from Lime St Station and another 15 min walk to the property) 2. Upon unlocking the doors to the apartment, there was a strong sewage smell from both bathrooms 3. Hot/cold knob did not function for one bathroom 4. To our surprise, there was ONLY ONE bath towel available in this 2 bedroom - imagine our frustration after a full day of travels 5. Short curly hair on the bathroom floor - yuck! 6. The host stopped responding to my issues on Day 2 of my stay None of my issues were resolved throughout my stay. The worst, the host stopped communicating!
