Home layout worked for our family. Pretty setting. Liked the keurig and coffee bar. Would have brought espresso beans if I knew there was an espresso machine! Comfortable furniture and beds. Plenty of linens and towels. We enjoyed our stay!!!

Our ladies group of 7 had a wonderful stay! We were only a short drive to downtown Galena, and enjoyed our private retreat with all the amenities of home. My only complaint is that our stay wasn’t longer! :-)

It would have been nice to know that the oven had issues with burning our food. Maybe some instructions on how to work the oven without burning the food The driveway was not cleared of snow could only fit two cars when we arrived, my husband had to shovel the parking space to accommodate the additional two parking spaces. When we called we were told that the plow must not have cleared it very well. One of the dinning room chairs leg was loose could not all sit at the table together due to this. The chairs at the game table were not sturdy either. All beds were comfortable except for the upstairs bed had a huge sucken in section on one side of the bed. Other than that everything was great!!

Perfect for us! 4 adults, 4 kids. It's an easy drive to downtown Galena and skiing!
