beautiful house with great views. it really felt like a comfortable family home with all the games, kitchen supplies, and bedrooms. Definitely not just a bare bones Airbnb!

Terrific property with great hosts. Highly recommend staying here. Way better than hotels in the area and right on the water.

The place is fully furnished, spacious, most of the things were as advertised. The kids really enjoyed the video game system upstairs. Some minor inconveniences: 1. This property has a 9am checkout time. I’ve never seen that before, it’s way too early. I didn’t notice this when I was booking - the checkout time is listed, but I don’t usually pay close attention to it. Lesson learned. I was able to negotiate it up to 10am, but not any later than that. 2. The house relies on a well for its water supply. There are signs in the restroom with guidelines about how to minimize water usage. We were a family of six. It was fairly hard to keep ourselves to the guidelines. After a few days, we ran out of water, and it didn't come back fully until the following morning. It would've been helpful to know this ahead of time; the property listing makes no mention of this. Other than these two issues, we had a great stay, and we would stay again now that we know how to best go about staying here

Absolutely a gem of a place, close to all the fun stuff at Lake George. Great host, I would highly recommend it.
