Lovely place great staff
Can’t fault the location, was beautiful scenery and surroundings. The cabin was a good size and plenty to do around with beautiful lakes and streams for the kids to play in. The swimming pool was lovely, and booking system in place to ensure privacy for a bonus. However for the money I feel the cabin was dated and needed reviewing. The wardrobes kept falling off, easily fixed but with kids around was a bit of a safety hazard. The hot tub was on the small side in our cabin for 8 people. Dishwasher door fell off (tbh the freezer wasn’t in great nick either and Defo needed a defrost) and there was food left in both fridges before we arrived from previous residents. Check in was random as was told someone would ring 48 hours before and no one did - good luck getting hold of reception. The lady who checked hot tubs daily was amazing, so so friendly and her dog rocco was lovely to the kids. Overall was a lovely stay, but for the money updates are needed to ensure return stays.
