Brand new fully furnished guest House with a pool onsite. Spacious backyard with separate entrance. One minute walk to Mungarra Reserve, Five minutes drive to the beautiful Lake Samsonvale. Five minutes drive to the local supermarket and the train station and bus stand very close by. It is a separate cottage at the back of the house with its own entrance from the side of the house. It's a modern build with a swimming pool lying right next to it for the sunny QLD days.

Amazing host whom could not do enough for my elderly in- laws. Superb facilities and fantastic comfortable seating and bedding. Home away from home. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Our stay was exactly what we needed. The house was exactly as described on the site … and it suited our needs very well. Chandan and his wife were friendly and warm and responded immediately when we had a query. The pool was beautifully maintained and great to cool off in (although the house has sir conditioning as well). We will certainly stay there again if we return to this area.

It's a very private and quite neighborhood. Having Mungarra reserve at the back provides all sorts of beautiful bird sounds.
There is a bus stop at about 5 mins walk from the house. Having a car helps a lot at this location. Supermarkets and other shops are about 5 mins drive from the house.
