The professional managment team at BCN was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very well situated, a great neighbourhood where it is easy to get to the major sights and restaurants. We enjoyed the apartment and have only a couple of points that made me rate it 4 instead of 5: i) Although the kitchen is modern and well equipped, it is small with not much counter space ii) The apartment is somewhat sombre due to the lower floor location and older style windows. There are only few stairs to climb to access the apartment so that was not a problem for us. BNC charges the deposit and then refunds it instead of just taking a pre-authorization. The deposit was fully refunded but because my credit card is not in Euros I lost a few dollars due to the exchange rate changes. Despite the two negative points, we would consider returning when we next visit Barcelona.

I’ve stayed in sooooo many apartments in BCN that we’re so far from what I expected them to be, that my expectations were probably low. But this flat was amazing. They give you everything you need for your stay, including toiletries. The staff was amazing. The furnishings were all well maintained and very well chosen. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Nice linens. They even came and cleaned it halfway through my 2-week stay. I have NEVER had that offered before, even at properties that were 2x the cost. That was really nice. The location on a quiet side street just off of La Rambla was also unexpected. I can’t say enough good things about the apartment, the team, and the location. I’m going to try and book this flat every time I come here from now on. It was that good. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable!!

It's nice and clean place to stay. However, the sound-proofing is really bad. Neighbors are kind of noise in the morning. Also, there are some road works are now under construction near by the building. The noise from the construction site affects my rest.

Comfortable and stylish apartment in a good location near various metro stations and walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants etc. We had a small issue with the apartment that was not the responsibility of the landlord which they proactively dealt with immediately, very impressive customer service.
