On this beautiful friendly island ‘’Sint Maarten’’ relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation. Located in the district of Cole Bay, this charming T2 fully equipped will welcome you during your stay. It’s 10 min to ‘’Simpson bay’’ and 15 minutes to ‘’Maho’’ Perfect for a night life (casino, restaurants, bars…) and also beautiful beaches. Jm.housesxm was completely renovated in 2022, it’s designed for 2 people. It’s a one-bedroom apartment located in a quiet area consisting: - a living room with a sofa bed - an equipped kitchen area, - a closed air-conditioned bedroom with a ''king size bed'' as well aTV and a bathroom.

The neighborhood is very peaceful yet very close to shops and near the road to the airport and the French side. The property is impeccable as seen on the photo's of the listing. A very nice and home space for a party of 2. This will be our place to stay for upcoming visits to the island!

The place was exactly as described. The restaurant Lagoonie's is within walking distance and a great place for food and atmosphere. Pineapple Pete's was also within walking distance, a little further, with good food too. Water world is nearby within walking distance as well to pick up masks and snorkels too. We found the location perfect for our needs. The host was very nice but with limited English. Not his fault. A picture of the house would be helpful since the address doesn't have a number on it. The host was waiting outside so we saw him eventually as we walked up the street/hill. The place was very clean. Air conditioner is in the bedroom only which was fine for us since we only slept there and didn't prepare meals in the kitchen but the kitchen had everything one would need. The host was very helpful. I would not hesitate to stay again if we were in the area.

We suggest renting a car because the main mode of transportation on ‘’Sint Marteen’’ is by car, but scooters, motorcycles and 4-wheelers share the road as well.
Taking a taxi is definitely an option you can from the airport or any company of your choice.
There’s the availability of local buses passing through every few minutes. Local buses are fairly cheap, ranging from 2$ or more depending on your destination.
