Lovely place to stay! Will visit again!

When we arrived it was a huge paddle in front of the property. That was nearly impossible to enter. At this point we were told they are fully booked so we can’t get any other place to stay. At that point they have call a man to shovel the water away what wasn’t very easy to do for this poor man. Underfloor heating wasn’t working tiles were cold and we had to stay wearing shoes. Water in the tubs was only warm. Next day we had to call a handyman to come and he fixed both. Water and heating. But we were cold 14’ over the night until the late next day hours. The rest of the stay was pleasant. We were not disturbed. And have plenty of good family catch up.

Had a lovely weekend away, they were extremely accommodating with initial communications around staying. The cabin was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed being able to relax and unwind during our stay! will definitely look to visit again

Great location for visiting Alton Towers. Clean cabin with a barbecue area. Great play park on site. No phone signal so paid for WiFi which worked well! Would stay again
