Brand new caravan with beautiful, modern design, very warm. Liked the location. It must be awsome in Summer time. Overall good value for money. Loved the staff member at the entrance, very helpful and great sense of humour.

The picture advertised by Hoseasons did not accurately show what we actually stayed in. The picture included a verandah with table and chairs and it also stated in the description that we had garden furniture, but we had none of this. When we first entered the property there was a terrible smell (smelt like smoke). There was rubbish left in the kitchen cupboards, there were food stains in the kitchen floor and cupboard doors and the floor had not been swept or cleaned. They need to be more specific with their definition of ‘Essentials’. We had plates, cutlery, pots and pans, but no washing up liquid, cloths etc. The park itself was nice and had good facilities, but our accommodation was very disappointing.
