The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was located on a large wooded lot (6-8 deer wondered through the back yard, while we were eating one evening) in a quiet neighborhood a convenient distance from the Augusta National golf course and grocery stores and restaurants. All of our friend who stayed with us for the Masters remarked on what a great find it was. We cooked dinner 2 of our 3 nights there and had all of the kitchen utensils, etc. needed. Host Kim was quick to respond and friendly, when a issue with a door key came up. We will definitely try to rent this house again the next time we visit the Augusta area.

If I ever have the chance to go back to the masters I would highly recommend staying at Kim’s place. Had everything we needed for two nights and the course was close!

Kim was a very hospitable host. She provided coffee, drinks, etc., let us use her Masters chairs for the event and even allowed us to drop off our bags prior to check-in. The house was as great as advertised…very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location to Augusta was perfect as it was a 15 minute drive to the Masters. Highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning next year.

We stayed here for the Masters and it was perfect. The house was spacious, close to the course and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
