Incredible spot for a great value. Top floor has 6 bedrooms and the common area with a couch & TV was a very nice bonus. Hot tub right on the water with string lights dangling off the pergola made for a cool experience at night. Kayaks were great too. 10/10 would reccomend.

Alan's place was truly amazing. We wanted to take the kids out of the city and away from their devices and this lake house was the answer. The kids loved going out into the water and playing on the deck. The parents enjoyed a relaxing time watching the kids. After the first night, the kids, asked if we can book the house again for summer when the weather will be warmer. This was so much better than the initial spring break idea of going to Universal haha. We highly recommend Alan's. He is truly a super host. Thank you for a memorable Springbreak 2024

This house comfortably fit 18 guests and even 3 dogs for a weekend retreat away from the city! The kitchen is more spacious than appears in the photo--helpful, as we cooked throughout our stay. Our large group also appreciated having so many different spaces we could hang out: both an upstairs and downstairs living room, for example. The lake is beautiful and the new hot tub was a very welcome added bonus. On top of all that, Alan was both very responsive and accommodating with our questions and requests. All in all, a wonderful stay.

The place was amazing. the host was very responsive. Everything was provided. the lake was fun. it's a little tricky to find a place with no cell phone service, but it's not hard. The bathrooms were clean and plentiful. we plan on going back in the summer.
