Peaceful stay at Aspire Erawan with city views, great amenities at the condo, and easy transit on the sky train. Yvan had great local recommendations, and was extremely responsive. We felt right at home and had no issues at all during our 1 month stay. We got to meet Yvan in person for a coffee and have a lot of respect for his lifestyle and professional endeavors. You won’t regret staying here!

Superhost is a fantastic man who always strives to help you feel good and well-informed. I was lucky enough to meet him a few times - he is very professional and helpful. The instructions provided are superb - the best I have ever seen. The self check-in is very intuitive. An apartment is a nice place in a well-maintained building with a gym, swimming pool, games room, coworking space, and a large roof terrace. There is a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a living area that's very comfortable. You get amazing views over the downtown since the place is on a higher floor, so you don't need to worry about bugs - it's too high for them. Across the street, there is a night market that's open 5 days a week and serves very good and well-priced food. Right outside of the building, there is a well-stocked 7-Eleven that's open 24/7. There are also restaurants and cafes around. Next to the building, there is a green Skytrain line, which is a massive help to get around Bangkok.

Yvan was very helpful with any of my requests, he is easy to communicate with and is happy to recommend restaurants and places to visit. The condo itself was comfortable for the 2 of us to live, I loved the view from the room overlooking bush land with the city of large buildings in the background. You will have no problems sleeping the bed is comfortable and there is no noise from traffic. The amenities in the condo are great, with a gym, and lovely big pool which we used often. The complex has great security and the staff are friendly and helpful. Their is a 7/11 at the front entry to the complex and the BTS is at the entry to the complex, there is a good food market with many food choices across the road from the complex and restaurants nearby. Overall we had a wonderful 3 months staying at Yvan’s condo and I would recommend this condo as a place to stay.

Great place with good internet, and a local food market in close proximity, right next to BTS. Co-working area and pool are great. Good windows overlooking a canal and Erawan Museum. Please read the house rules CAREFULLY before booking
