Well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home! This villa features 5 flat screen smart TV’s and super-fast Wi-Fi. Charging stations for phones & computers are located throughout. Just bring your cables. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, and water bottles. Just bring your food. We want your vacation to be fun, easy, and relaxing. Pass a water fountain and pond by the front entrance and enter the villa into an inviting space. The living room features large leather couches, one with a queen-size sofa sleeper. Enjoy the area to lounge and nap, or binge shows on the large flat screen TV. Next to the living room is a formal dining area, with seating for six. Whether you are a gourmet chef or like to heat frozen snacks, the large kitchen provides everything needed and is the perfect space to prepare unforgettable meals. The kitchen and high-top table hosts seating for eleven. We even provide a children’s folding table with 4 children’s chairs. Walk down a few steps to the family room. This large theatre room features a fireplace, a wet bar, a standard size pool table, a large flat screen TV and multiple seating areas. One couch also contains a queen-size sofa sleeper. Enjoy a game of billiards or play giant Jenga. Two will enjoy the large 3-D tic-tac-toe game. Play one of the many board games, construct a puzzle, or relax with a book. Down the hall is a tranquil full bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet, and sink. There is a full laundry room and two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a luxurious queen bed and a flat screen TV. It has a door that leads out to the patio and pool. The lovely second bedroom has a queen bed and an attractive bookshelf. A queen blow-up mattress is located in the closet. Upstairs, a luxury master suite features a comfortable king-size bed and large cozy fireplace furnished with palms, pampas grass and baskets. A sliding door exits onto a large wrap around covered balcony that overlooks the backyard. Savor your morning coffee outside at the balcony table and take in the views of swaying palm trees, craggy mountain peaks and the desert landscape. The in-suite bathroom boasts a lavish, open, walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub for a relaxing bubble bath. There are two sinks and a separate toilet area. A surprise awaits inside the mirror sliding door closet: a kiddie bed retreat and play area. The second bedroom upstairs features a 4-poster king-size bed and bunk bed with twin over a full. Across the hall is a lovely full bathroom, with bathtub/shower, toilet, and sink. The third bedroom features another comfortable king size bed and twin bunk bed with dedicated office desk, chair, monitor, keyboard, and lamp. The outdoor space is dominated by a large heated pool surrounded by palm trees, with picturesque mountains and desert in the background. The large kiddie pool features two fountains. Your stress will float away while enjoying the spacious jacuzzi. The lovely lighting accenting the pool and patio areas is perfect for swimming at night. Enjoy a movie or sporting event with family and friends while you grill, chill and play! The outdoor kitchen is covered and features a large BBQ, a sink, and a bar with seating for seven. Also, the covered kitchen has a flat screen TV and another seating area for seven, and a bar area with seven barstools. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy wood-burning fireplace. An outdoor dining table accommodates 8. Start the barbecue and take a dip in the sparkling pool to relax! A lush lawn between the outdoor kitchen and the pool is the perfect spot to have fun with a provided game of lawn darts or cornhole. There is ample room if you choose to bring a badminton or volleyball net. Challenge your family and friends in a friendly and fun competition! Another covered patio next to the villa features comfortable seating for six, a small dining spot for four, and an air hockey table. We offer a spacious three car garage with parking for RV or boats on both sides of house. The 36-hole golf course is one block away. The incomparable Lake Havasu is just minutes away, where you can go boating, jet skiing, and enjoy the many picnic areas, beaches, and playgrounds. **If you are going to have a Birthday Party, Wedding, Bachelor Party or Bachelorette Party or any other type of Party or Event at our home. The party or event must be approved by Anne. There is a extra fee of $500.00 for up to 20 people and an additional fee will also be applied over the $500.00 for any party or event over the 20 people.
