What a fantastic place! It was comfortable, beautiful, and convenient to both Flagstaff and visiting the Grand Canyon. We wish we had stayed longer! The view of Mt. Humphrey while you drink your morning coffee is stunning, and we enjoyed watching the Mountain Bluebirds and Western Meadowlarks fluttering around every day. All around a wonderful stay!

This home is very stylish and roomy downstairs. It was very clean and comfortable. We picked this place due to the location of where it was compared to our daughter’s home. The host was very responsive and made us feel welcome. We would come back again!

We had an excellent stay at Mitch's home - being just outside Flagstaff, near the Snowbowl, felt like an ideal location to explore by day, take advantage of local amenities like supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and then have peace and quiet in the evening. It was an ideal base to hike Snowbowl (we stayed in early May, and the trails and temperature were great!), visit the Meteor Crater, spend a day hiking in Sedona, and a day hiking in the Grand Canyon National Park, and we didn't need to drive much over an hour in any direction to visit these awesome locations. I can only imagine it's a fantastic location in winter too, to hit the slopes at the Snowbowl. The place itself is spacious, clean, tidy, and with lovely views of the Snowbowl. It does get cold at night, so we made use of the heaters and pellet stove, which ensured everything was toasty. The property was clean and tidy and we didn't feel we lacked anything at all. Mitch was a great host - I'd highly recommend staying here!

Super lovely property. Perfect location for skiing at Snowbowl. Amazing views (when it isn't snowing). Mitch was responsive and helpful, even when we had a snafu with the lock app. Guests should note this is off a gravel road and it's a dirt and gravel driveway, so it gets a bit muddy when it's wet. We're outdoors people and had AWD, so it didn't matter to us. But just wanted to note that. All around, it is an outstanding property and we will definitely be back!
