I stayed with Cindy for 4 nights and it was great. Check in was smooth, the basement space was clean, beautifully appointed, and comfortable. It has a nice big shower and comfy living room. A couple things to note: Parking is available in the driveway, so you don't have to worry about parking in the street (just be sure you don't block the driveway). Your entrance is via a door on the back patio and goes into a living room on the first floor. You then remove your shoes and go down some stairs to the basement. It wasn't a problem for me, but if you want a "private entrance", this isn't the place for you. The Air handler is in the bedroom and runs pretty much 24/7. It was great for me (instant white noise = great sleep). If you need no noise to sleep, this may not be for you. Cindy has a small poodle-ish dog. He's super friendly and didn't bark at me once. Overall, my stay was comfortable and positive. I would absolutely stay with Cindy again, should the need arise. Thanks Cindy!

Due to a family emergency, I was needing a place to stay for a month close to my family member. Tim and Cindy‘s place was perfect for my needs. Comfortable bed, plenty of supplies and very clean. It is a perfect place for a couples. It would be a wonderful place for hiking, biking, and concert going in the summer. I’m coming back next month for a graduation. And for another visit in December. Thanks Tim and Cindy!

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Cindy's place. Directions were easy, the place was clean and adorable, and Cindy was an excellent host. I would def stay here again the next time I come to CO!

Cindy’s place was absolutely AMAZING to stay!!! The place was adorable, and we get right at home throughout our stay! Cindy was very proactive in her communication, and she and her husband were wonderful hosts! We would love to stay again!!!
