This is our second time booking at Pines Suites, we find the community relaxing since it's a Vista Land Developer. Rowena was able to communicate well with us and able to address our concerns right away. We rented a basement parking and paid directly to the admin. When we get inside some noticeable stains in the bathroom, a dusty floor and small hair in the bedding. As Rowena mentioned the cleaner was a reliever which is understandable in this case. I had a good sleep, the bed is comfy and the temperature of the AC is good too. There’s some unexpected noise comes from the dripping of the AC's water. This may be good to raise with the admin or the unit above her. Thank you, Rowena for accomodating us when we had some issues with the system (airbnb).

This was our 2nd time to book Ms. Rowena's unit. Great experience as always! We've experienced slight problem on water supply (this is beyond unit owner's control), but it was settled by Pine Suites admin right away. Ms. Rowena is responsive and attentive to our needs. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable experience.

Feels like home. Actually we extend our stay on her place because the surroundings are quiet and peaceful. The place is also near Tagaytay proper accessible because outside there is tricyle or mini tuktuk. Surely, I will definitely go back.

Very nice and clean space. We felt it was small for us 3 and the 2 cats but overall maganda naman ang experience namin. Will definitely go back in the future.
