This was a lovely apartment. Really nicely designed. Very stylish. Very comfortable. And very well located within the city - everything was within a relatively short walk. The apartment isn’t right in the thick of Florence city centre but that suited us as it was more quiet and calm. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and ideal for us as a couple. As an interior designer myself I really appreciated the design detailing. Having two bathrooms was a real bonus and the bed was super comfortable. Our host Pasquale greeted us on arrival and was super helpful giving us plenty of tips and places to go. We are super happy and hope to return some time. Thank you.

Nel complesso valutazione molto positiva. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione, tutto molto nuovo e curato. Purtroppo l'incuria di alcuni viaggiatori ha creato alcuni danni evidenti che fanno sembrare alcune parti dell'appartamento particolarmente "vissute" (muri e zoccolini in certe zone rovinati e sporchi che andrebbero manutentati) ma per il resto tutto in ottime condizioni, nuovo e pulito. Check in comodo e rapido e vi è stata grande disponibilità nell'accordarsi per l'orario piu comodo anche fuori da quelli previsti.

The apartment was lovely, spacious, spotless and had ample supplies. Samantha had warned that there was construction going on wrt the tram in the area but it was actually quite bad. The street is blocked off and the construction crews were working right under our bedroom window. It was also a 15 minute walk to get to the main area of Florence.

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment is stunning, clean, spacious and comfortable. In my opinion the location is perfect, around 10 - 15 minutes walking distance from main attractions, which means it's quiet and calm - perfect to rest after long day of sightseeing and crowds. All the amenities are modern, the design is exceptional, beds are comfy and the linen of high quality. The host was welcoming and recommended us some local food and attractions. Only thing we did not like that much was how long the check in took and how much data our host was processing. Pictures of our both ID's, credit card details and 300 euro deposit on the card seems to be too much, especially considering we are quiet couple, with only positive reviews at Airbnb, not a stag party. Perhaps it's some sort of italian law, but I believe verification thorugh Airbnb is enough and data processing should be kept at minimum.

Great place to stay but due to some road construction couldn’t open the windows and curtains.
