No extra guest, pet, or change fees! Welcome to our charming, well-loved, sprawling farmhouse. Natural setting close to Burlington, and convenient to countless outdoor, small-town, and farm-based destinations. Two well-behaved cats and a hound dog. The yard is wild, so don't bee fooled into thinking it's neglected! Breakfast and lunch cafe 2 min drive. Quaint small-town grocery 3 min drive. Burlington/UVM campus 15 min drive. Bristol, Vergennes, Shelburne, Charlotte all 15-20 min drive. Potential safety issues: 1) Must use winding old-fashioned stairs to access both your bedroom and the full bathroom. 2) The driveway is fairly narrow with a ditch on either side. Best option for incident-free exit is to turn around in the parking area so you can pull out forwards. Or you can park across from the mailbox and walk a short distance to the house.

If you like star gazing you can see so much from the driveway and you are so close to Burlington!
