Safe location, close to the beach and public transport. Very quiet and relaxing. Ideal for overnight stay if visiting the city for a reason. The house isn’t child friendly and I do have a shy cat. I live here and can help you with transport and recommend cafes and things to do in beautiful Perth. The space is very simple, great mattress, beautiful linen, please be aware the bathroom is a shared space, with a lock on the door.

Debra is an incredible host who went above and beyond as well as out of her way to provide, make comfortable and accommodate not just myself but other guests who's stayed overlapped mine. very grateful I stayed with her and will hopefully stay one day again. 🙏🏼

Duncraig is a very peaceful quiet suburb, the house is located in a way so very few cars, there are many parks nearby and Hillary’s Boat Harbour is just down the road offering the Aquarium of Western Australia, lots of cafes offering amazing food and entertainment. The beautiful Sorrento beach has picnic areas with bbqs and picnic tables.
The Rottnest island ferry also leaves from Hillarys Marina.

There is plenty of parking on the premises.
The bus to Whitfield station is 443 and the stop number is 18799.
The bus to Warwick station is 443 and the stop number is 18792.
The train south goes directly to Perth city, the train north goes directly to joondalup shopping centre which has some fabulous cafes and shopping experiences.
