The Syvota studio is located on a quiet hillside about 450 meters from the main village road. One can reach any of the supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy, clinic, hairdressers, coffee shops, ATMs, tavernas and restaurants in less than 5 minutes casual walk. The studio is ultra modern with a full kitchenette, wall-mounted television, sparkling clean shower and toilet, and a main bedroom with a comfortable king size bed. Breath-taking views of the surrounding areas are a feast for the eyes. From the courtyard one can sip away at a libation and watch a spectacular sunset before walking down to the harbour for a night on the village! The garden adjoining the courtyard is kept in immaculate condition and one can pick delicious juicy oranges, lemons, mandarins and even ruby red pomegranates from the trees. Syvota is close to many amazing beaches, most within walking distance. Μεγάλο αμμο (Megalo Ammo), a popular lookout post and beach, is located about 1 km from the studio. The closest beaches are all 500 meters away. Nearby towns worth visiting are Perdika, Parga and Plataria (12 km south of Igoumenitsa). Nearby islands are Paxos and Corfu which one can visit by ferry in less than one hour. Thesprotia is in the magical Epirus region of Greece that is filled with history, stunning natural beauty and the unbeatable hospitality of the Hellenes.
