Words cannot describe how wonderful my experience was here. I don’t normally leave reviews but after my stay here I had to let the world know! I can say honestly there is no other place I will ever stay while in Bucharest. The apartment was well furnished and in immaculate condition. The area of the apartment was safe and peaceful. The security on site was professional. Anna’s team was responsive and incredibly helpful, they treat you like family and go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. They have an entire staff of maids that can come into your apartment for a clean which was so nice. The bodega on site was well stocked and open 24/7. The lounges were peaceful and quite, a great place to get a little work done if you need a change of scenery. If you’re looking for a high end apartment with the amenities and service of a five star hotel, Room 12 is the place. Looking forward to my next stay here.
