We are extremely satisfied with our experience. We came here because of the conflict in the country. Because we needed a place with a “safe room” to sleep in. We came here just to feel safe, but we ended up with much more. My wife and I entered the building and both felt immediate relief. We came into a new, clean and luxurious apartment building. The niceness of the building was enough to make us feel relaxed. We went into the Air BNB and it felt like a fancy hotel. The design is beautiful. Great furniture, great design, powerful hot shower. Next to the beach so you feel the fresh air. Fun community with a lot of people. You feel life in the air. We liked it so much that we found an apartment in this neighborhood 2 weeks after arriving. We came to the air bnb during a war, to protect ourselves with the shelter in the Apartment. If you live in the country and you want to feel safer, it is worth the investment. If you visit Israel any other time, it is ideal location and also safe.

After our original airbnb booking in tel aviv turned out to be an overpriced nasty dump not looking anything like the pictures, we were skeptical. I reached out to Aviel last minute in desperation being on the other side of the globe with a 3 and 5 year old. The host was very responsive and understanding. On check in he came out to personally meet & greet us, showed us the garage and way up to the apartment along with everything inside. The unit was faily new, and in fantastic condition. Location couldnt have been better. 2 amazing bakeries dowstairs for breakfast. burger restaurant downstairs was one of the best burgers we had in a while. beach was 5 minutes away by car. More importantly, we traveled all over Israel. South to the north and the location was equally distant to either. Glad we didnt stay in tel aviv in the end because traffic was terrible getting in and out anytime we were there. Overall, glad everything worked out the way it did and definitely recommended!

We loved Aviel’s place. We felt right at home. So much so that we will be staying there again on our next trip to Israel.

Everything perfect in this apartment, Din and Aviel are very responsive. It was clean and comfortable place to stay. Had an issue with a coocker, but Din and Aviel did everything to resolve it.
