The Nook is a hiker's dream retreat! You can spend the day exploring the beautiful mountains and return to the cabin in the evening to wash your gear in the full-sized washer. Enjoy a meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen while you warm up from the cozy wood-burning stove. The Nook is in a beautiful location surrounded by the woods, and the wrap-around porch was even prettier in person. The space had everything you needed to feel at home but did not feel at all cluttered. The appliances looked very new and were extremely well-maintained. The cabin was super clean, and we would happily book again.

My weekend getaway at Carl’s place was just right! It was fun to have the option to sleep in the cozy loft nook, to sit and write on the peaceful porch, roast marshmallows in the new outside fire pit, and to be such a short drive from a great dinner in town. We also really appreciated how responsive Carl was to every request!
