Lovely house with very nice decor. Easy to access and walking distance from lots of nice places in central Exeter. Space was very clean apart from one tray I found in the oven. It has basic amenities like tea, coffee, sugar but not olive oil or spices and you need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner although it does have soap. So not totally set up but most basic things covered. Overall I thought the place was very nice.

Chris and his team are very friendly, helpful and responsive. The space served our needs well and was in a lovely location. We would definitely consider staying again.

Peaceful location, easy walk to the quay, cathedral and city centre. Comfortable stay, had all that we needed.

Enjoyable stay at this well-situated house, 5 minutes' walk to Exeter Quay and 10 minutes to the centre of the city. Quiet side street location. The interior of the house was as appears in the listing photographs and was warm and comfortable. There were a couple of issues that needed attending to: shower only got lukewarm (perhaps the thermostatic valve needs replacing?) and the handle of the backdoor was very loose but when informed Chris said these would be seen to straight away. A stair banister might be helpful from a safety perspective. Chris was proactive with helpful communications and the check in app. worked well.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à EXETER. Nous sommes ravis de la location. La maison correspondait parfaitement au descriptif : agréable, propre, simple à trouver, entrée et départ faciles grâce à la boite à clés, très au calme, à quelques minutes à pieds du centre ville d'Exeter. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème de stationnement: il y a un parking payant à proximité immédiate de la location, sinon nous avons pu nous stationner dans la rue juste à côté gratuitement durant certains créneaux horaires. De plus, Chris et Mike ont été très réactifs lorsque nous leur avons demandé de rester une nuit de plus à cause du départ retardé de notre ferry. Merci à eux. Lors d'un prochain séjour dans le Devon, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
