This is third of our three guest home apartments. We are nestled in the olive groves outside the charming medieval village of Vico Del Gargano in Puglia, on a secluded road leading down to the Adriatic Sea. Experience nature and relaxation at its best. Whether you’re basking in the beauty of the property, eating fruit off the tree, taking a dip in the small dipping pool, playing at the beach, or exploring the surrounding area – your time with us is sure to be enjoyable. This lovely guest home apartment is the third of our three vacation rentals on the estate, and is one of the largest It sits alongside our other two apartments overlooking the breathtaking olive grove-covered hills of Gargano. The apartment has a bathroom with shower, and a large bedroom/living area with a kitchenette. The bedroom/living area has a double bed and three wonderful 300-year-old single bed sleeping nooks, renovated from the original animal stables. It's quite a nice experience. Also included is an armoire, breakfast table and kitchenette with mini-fridge/freezer and two burners for cooking. We have everything you need: air conditioning, towels, linens, coffee maker, hair dryer, plates, cups, cooking utensils, etc. cooking utensils, etc. The name of the estate is Villa Fontanella (the fountain). It's made up of 300 olive trees, many many fruit and nut trees scattered throughout the property, as well as 2 very friendly dogs, and the greatest cat that ever existed (Smitty). We have several common spaces where you can relax and enjoy the many sounds of nature, a huge terrace, a front grass covered area to star gaze and sunbath, a swing chair and a mini-pool where you can escape the heat with a little dip. One of a kind holiday house situated in the heart ❤️ of Vico del Gargano yet hidden. Here we enjoy the morning and evening sun with beautiful views of the olive groves 🫒 Two dogs and a super friendly cat named Smitty🐈 Rustic interior supplemented with daily basics 👌 Comes with a nice pool filled up with spring water 💧 perfect for morning and afternoon dips. Worth visiting the area with a car. Plenty of activities to do and great restaurants to enjoy (we were given plenty of choices to choose from Curt) you could even barbecue at the terrace at night. We managed to star gaze late at night as there were no light pollution around, experienced watching a big family of wild boars passing by, foxes playing in the groves, listening to crickets sing after sunset and tasted the prickly pears, figs, lemon and oranges We managed to also meet Curt's sweet daughter ❤️. Curt is super friendly, helpful, kind and always available for any questions or requests. 5 Stars 🌟 from us

Très bon accueil et communication avec Curt, qui est prévenant, serviable, sympathique et a l’écoute. Le studio est en rez de cour, dans une ancienne cave ou écurie , conforme à la description. Literie confortable. Aménagement rustique et sommaire. Les espaces repas et détente extérieurs sont partagés avec les 2 autres logements. Très belle vue sur un champ d’oliviers. Propriété apaisante et calme. Bon emplacement pour profiter de la forêt de Gargano et des plages jusque Vieste (au sud, beaucoup de plages privées, envisager le canoë pour profiter du littoral très scénique!).
Curt hat schafft es, dass man sich direkt ab der ersten Begegnung wohl fühlt. Seine Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft ist einzigartig und hat unseren Aufenthalt einmalig schön gemacht. Die Unterkunft mit dem herrlichen Ausblick wird noch lange in unserer Erinnerung bleiben, wenn wir sehnsüchtig an Italien denken.
Un gîte dans un cadre exceptionnel, entouré d'oliviers et arbres fruitiers. Une vue magnifique, dégagée, calme et apaisante. Une mini piscine pour se rafraîchir. 2 chiens adorables qui n'aboient pas et un chat gourmand tout aussi mignon. Curt est courtois et disponible. Un accueil exceptionnel et des échanges enrichissants. De plus, il s'est spontanément proposé de nous aider quand nous avons rencontré des difficultés (pneu crevé). Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour chez Curt. On recommande +++ Nous recommandons ce gite aux amoureux de la nature et à ceux qui aiment les rencontres humaines.

Parking is open and free, a car is required to stay here, but we are only 2km from Vico Del Gargano, and 10km from the Calanella beach.
