I stayed at Callums place as I was attending a friends funeral in the area. The flat was easy to find following Callums instructions. The flat is clean , tidy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is welcome folder full of info and if you dont know the area this is very helpful. Host is very responsive to messages and kindly left tea coffee milk etc for my use. I normally stay at Premier inn when visiting Banbury but after this stay Id be more inclined to book Callums place if available

Callum’s apartment is immaculate & has everything you need to be comfortable & cosy . He provides over & above inc herbs,spices, biscuits, milk etc . Highly recommend for a lovely, relaxing stay .

We had a perfect stay, the place was perfect, very clean and Callum’s instructions for the check-in were clear ! The local pub around the corner was a great plus upon our arrival.

I can't recommend Callum's flat enough. easy to find, dedicated parking, extremely clear instructions on how to find it and gain access. fully equipped kitchen with tea, coffee and an espresso machine. every herb or spice you can think of to cook with and if cooking isn't your thing, there are take aways across the road and a pub that sells food. comfortable living room with freeview tv and a folder with all the information you need about the accommodation and local eateries. good sized double bedroom with ample storage space and a clean, comfortable double bed. bathroom has a bath and electric shower, with towels and toiletries provided. superb place to stay, I will definitely book again
